Demand for more SS locking now being met

Demand for more SS locks and hinges has resulted in the addition of a wide range handles, knobs, flush locks, bolt- and weld-on hinges and three point closure rod locks for large cabinets.

Demand for more SS locking now being met Demand for more SS locks and hinges has resulted in the addition of a wide range handles, knobs, flush locks, bolt- and weld-on hinges and three point closure rod locks for large cabinets. EMKA believe that an important factor in attaining their position as market leader in supply of 'everything but the enclosure' has been in responding to user needs. Recently this has resulted in an increasing selection of stainless steel products - locks, hinges, etc, and the latest is their padlockable stainless L handle.

Specialist enclosure fabricators can now choose from a wide selection which includes the plain L handle, T handle, wing knob, flush locks, bolt-on and weld-on hinges and three point closure rod locks for large cabinets.

All stainless steel locks provide sealing to IP65, compatible with the harsher environments where they are generally installed.

The EMKA stainless range is produced as standard in satin finish grade 304, generally suitable for food, medical, offshore, HandV rooftop units, pharmaceuticals, chemical and sewerage applications.

Stainless grade 316 is also available on special request for particularly arduous conditions.

The style and finish of all stainless components blends with the complete EMKA programme as each is a stainless version of existing standard configurations, copying keys, mechanism layouts, hole cut outs etc, reinforcing EMKA's claim to supply specialist enclosure builders with 'everything but the enclosure'.

This is an expanding section of the already extensive EMKA catalogue with many other stainless products planned - all metallic components being in stainless steel and washer sealing material in perbunan.
